When I think of the perfect combination between austere and feminine this collection comes to mind. It is simple and classic with a touch of romantic, just a tiny bit to make it different.

Something extra in this collection is the setting, the way pictures are taken, they give a different aura, that sets it apart from the rest of the designers. This gives Co it’s own personal mark, identity, a quality that ranks number one in my book. In a sea of labels trying to shift their aesthetics to fit in one of the biggest trends (I myself don’t consider it a trend, just a different way of life) of the past years, it is very difficult to become trustworthy to customers, specially the most demanding, but Co has achieved this, it has become a solid brand with true minimal aesthetics that are part of its identity.

Cuando pienso en la combinación perfecta entre femenino y austero esta colección me viene a la mente. Simple y clásico con un toque romántico, solo un pequeño toque, lo suficiente para hacer de esta colección una diferente.

Un añadido a mencionar que hace que esta colección destaque por sobre otras es el lugar y la forma en la que se han hecho las fotos, algo bastante diferente a el resto de las firmas. Esto le da a Co, su propio sello, individualidad, que para mi es lo mas importante. En un mar de marcas intentando cambiar su estética para encajar en una de las tendencias más importantes de los últimos años (para mi no es una tendencia en absoluto, es un modo de vida que siempre ha existido y siempre existirá), es muy difícil dar credibilidad de cara a los consumidores, sobre todos a los exigentes y Co realmente logra posicionarse bien, sólida como una que sí lleva el minimalismo en su identidad y no lo ha copiado de The Row o Céline simplemente para mantenerse en  línea con lo que supuestamente se lleva.
