My outfit today is in part inspired by my boyfriend and Carolyn Bessette Kennedy. I will start by saying how much I love my boyfriend’s style and how much he inspires me. See, he always wears caps, mostly backwards and even though they look amazing on him I never though I would wear mine like that. I am also a big fan of caps, much before I met him, but I only own a pair and I wear them every now and then the regular way. The other day on Pinterest looking at old pictures of Carolyn Bessette Kennedy I saw a picture of her wearing her cap backwards, and I was instantly attracted to the look. It can actually look pretty good on women so what the hell, I decided to try it for and kind of love it now.
The rest of the outfit, well its just what I wear everyday: trousers and sneakers.

Mi conjunto de hoy esta inspirado en dos personas: mi novio y Carolyn Bessette Kennedy. Os explico. Me encanta el estilo de mi novio, considero que viste muy bien y de lo que mas me gusta es que siempre lleva gorras, hacia atrás. Yo también adoro las gorras, desde siempre y las uso desde mucho antes de conocerle, aunque de la forma tradicional. Pues bien el otro día en Pinterest mirando fotos antiguas de Carolyn Bessette Kennedy di con una en la que llevaba una gorra de la misma forma que mi novio, hacia atrás. Nunca, hasta ese minuto había considerado la posibilidad de llevarlas de esa forma, pero por cambiar decidí probar la mía hacía atrás y la verdad me encanta.
El resto del conjunto es lo que siempre suelo llevar: pantalones y zapatillas.

I found this pair of shorts at home, with a bunch of old stuff, and to be honest I can’t remember where they came from, but they seemed kind of interesting. I tried them on, and they fit really well, so I decided to keep them! I wore them with an all black outfit except for white sneakers for a day out and about with my friend Camilo.

Encontré estos pantalones cortos vaqueros entre un montón de ropa vieja y la verdad no se como llegaron allí, de donde vienen, ni de quien son. Lo único que es evidente es que son una pieza original de los noventa y tienen un rollo bastante interesante. Al probármelos y comprobar que me están bien de talla, decidí quedarme con ellos, ya que son un básico para el verano y sin duda les daré mucho uso. Para un día de compras con mi amigo Camilo lo conjunté con prendas negras y zapatillas blancas.

So finally I am back to good quality pictures! It has been a while since I posted regularly, but my life has been changing and evolving so much this past months. I am now in Santiago, Chile visiting part of my family and some of my friends for Christmas, so that has enabled me to have more time (and a dedicated family member) for pictures. It’s late spring almost summer here, so you will see me in light clothes, I am hoping to be able to get into my old picture routine, despite my new life, when I get back home in Madrid.
In the meantime this is what I have, hopefully if you are planning some fabulous holidays getaway this can serve you as inspiration.
First day here, wearing a very simple outfit, black midi dress and white sneakers.

Hace un tiempo que no actualizo con la regularidad de antes, y esto se debe a como ha cambiado y evolucionado mi vida en los últimos meses, pero finalmente vuelvo a tener fotos de calidad! Ahora me encuentro en Santiago de Chile, para pasar la Navidad con parte de mi familia y algunos de mis amigos y esto me da mucho mas tiempo que dedicar a fotos (y un familiar dedicado dispuesto a hacerme fotos).
Aquí es primavera casi verano, así que me veréis con ropa ligera. Espero poder a mi regreso a Madrid volver a mi antigua rutina de fotos, pese a mi nueva vida y poder seguir actualizando esta web con regularidad.
De momento esto es lo que hay, si tenéis alguna escapada veraniega al menos os servirá de inspiración.
