As you can see not everyday in Copenhagen was sunny or hot. Some days were very much like fall and this one was one of them. So of course I went for my cream dungarees which are an excellent option for in between weather and paired it with a classic black sweatshirt (borrowed from Omar). Sneakers were my option almost everyday for touring the city.

Como podéis ver no todos los días en Copenhague fueron de verano. Unos pocos días se ausento el sol y parecía mas bien otoño. Una de mis prendas ideales para el entretiempo es este peto en color crema que combine con una sudadera que le cogí prestada a mi amigo Omar. Para recorrer la ciudad la mejor opción son zapatillas así que opté por una de mis favoritas las Gazelle de Adidas.

I am back from my extended holidays in Copenhagen! I have been wanting so much to post pictures and tell you about my adventures but I was non stop 24/7 enjoying the city and discovering new places with my bff Omar. I decided I would take a mini break from posting so my holidays could really feel like holidays and now I am back in Madrid with a whole lot of new pictures and content, starting a new stage in my life.
As I told you before Copenhagen just got to me, I fell in love with the city and it’s energy and people. I can’t wait to be back, and I will be very soon (the advantages of having Omar live there). Being in a city where the aesthetic is so beautiful and powerful just inspired me to be at my best fashion wise. I think it is so important to be surrounded by beauty it gives you more creative energy and that happened to me and I hope I am able to translate that through my next set of pictures.
That day was not one of the hottest, but it was a beautiful one. I wore jeans and one of my favorite t-shirts and paired them with my Adilette slides instead of going for the usual sneakers.

Estoy de vuelta de mis vacaciones en Copenhague! Llevo queriendo compartir con vosotras todas mis fotos y experiencias hace tiempo, pero estando allí fue un no parar cada día y al final no tuve tiempo de ponerme a ello. Ahora por fin os iré enseñando mis conjuntos y os iré contando mi experiencia de pasar casi un mes en una de las ciudades mas impresionantes y maravillosas en las que he estado.
Como os contaba en mi entrada anterior Copenhague me enamoró, la energía que se respira allí, la gente es tan alegre y llena de vida. El punto mas importante para mi ha sido la estética general de la ciudad, una mezcla de antiguo y moderno, amplio y cuidado, libre y lleno de vida y no solo en la ciudad en sí, lo mejor de todo es ver como la gente cuida su estética personal. El 80% de la gente sabe vestir, llevan la elegancia a un nivel incluso mas alto que en París. Predomina lo sobrio y lo casual, lo práctico y la buena calidad, todas las cosas que yo valoro, allí son algo de todo el mundo y eso me lleno de respeto hacía su forma de ser. Os iré mostrando distintos lugares de la ciudad desde mis fotos y espero también reflejar en ellas toda la energía creativa que me aporto una ciudad tan atractiva como Copenhague.
El día que hicimos estas fotos no fue de los mas calurosos, pese a que sí me toco un tiempo estupendo hubo una excepción de un par de días en que no, y este fue uno de ellos. Llevo un par de vaqueros y una de mis camisetas favoritas, pero en vez de combinarlo como lo haría normalmente es decir con zapatillas decidí acabar mi conjunto con mis sandalias deportivas.

This sneakers need no introduction, they are a classic among classics. I used to own this same model on the early 2000’s. But of course I was not the only one, everyone at school owned a pair, girls and boys. I remember some of my classmates had them with the stripes in so many different colors, I on the other hand had one of the classics, the all black with white stripes, just the opposite as this one. Now that pair I used so much so naturally now that you can find them everywhere I wanted to get it again. I was either planning on getting that one or this one, which ever I could find first.
Now that was over a year ago! And I was unable to find my size. So I searched and searched and searched, even in L.A they were SOLD OUT big time. Just my size though. Bad luck! Finally I was able to find this pair, half size bigger but it’s not that big of a deal. It was either that or nothing forever, so I went for them!

Estas zapatillas…no hace falta que hable de ellas, todo el mundo las conoce ya que son un clásico de entre los clásicos en zapatillas. Yo tuve este mismo modelo pero justo en colores opuestos (negro con rayas blancas) a comienzo de los 2000. Recuerdo que en el colegio todo el mundo las tenía. Las chicas las tenían con las rayas en diferentes colores, algunas en azul claro, verde, etc. Pues bien, desde que las relanzaron (con pequeñas actualizaciones) que llevaba queriendo comprarme las mismas que tuve en aquella época. El problema? Llevan agotadas mas de un año en mi talla. Solo mi talla claro. Busque en todas partes, incluso en L.A fue imposible encontrarlas. Pues bien, tuve la gran idea de buscarlas aquí (Santiago de Chile) y aunque tampoco encontré mi talla ni el color negro con blanco, si tenían en media talla más en blanco con negro. La verdad que no es tan terrible la diferencia en el tamaño así que opte por comprarlas ya que a saber cuando vuelvan a aparecer en mi talla exacta.

ADIDAS SUPERSTAR II – GET THEM HERE, HERE AND HERE

Today I am wearing my new trousers (not THAT new), that I got in L.A a few months ago. They were a garment that I was dying to add to my wardrobe since last summer. Wide, silk, flowy, light fabric, black pants are the best, most comfortable, most classic and versatile garment, oh!…and elegant too!…that you can wear during hot weather. I wanted trousers that would be actually suitable for this time of the year, and finally I found them. This particular pair is not too long that you can’t see the ankles and is not too short as to be consider a culotte. They have the perfect length that allows even more ways of wearing it and guarantees to be a great addition to any women’s wardrobe, and of course since it is a classic piece, it is timeless! So if you don’t have a pair yet, my advice is to give them a try, you will be wearing yours non stop!

Hoy llevo mis pantalones nuevos (no tan nuevos), que compré en L.A hace unos meses. Son la prenda perfecta para la primavera y verano, que llevaba tanto tiempo queriendo encontrar! Anchos, suaves, ligeros y con movimiento estos pantalones son la opción mas cómoda y clásica y elegante para el verano. Levaba queriendo algo así desde el verano pasado, pero no me fue muy fácil encontrarlos, hasta que este año tuve suerte! Este par en particular tiene el plus de que no son muy largos como para tapar el pie, ni muy cortos para pasar por culottes. Tienen un largo ideal que permite muchas mas formas de usarlo y es con seguridad un añadido estupendo en cualquier armario! Sobra mencionar que al ser clásicos y versátiles son totalmente atemporales. Para las que busquéis algo ligero y neutro para este y futuros veranos os recomiendo probar algo en este estilo, sinceramente valen la pena!
