A beautiful cloudy day in L.A with more spring like weather for the start of my favorite season! I have worn my dungarees to death, over and over again, and you can see all those outfits on this blog if you go back in time. I mostly wear them when it’s not too hot and not too cold. I love the versatility of this garment, it is just amazing! I wish to get more dungarees soon.I know I have been doing a lot of black and white lately, like a lot, I’m just in the mood for it lately, it also helps that almost everything I brought here is in those colors, or not colors. At the end it all comes to feeling comfortable with what you wear and for me black and white does that.

Un fantástico día sin sol en L.A, lo que hace que por fin sienta que estamos en primavera! Llevo usando este peto bastante tiempo con mucha frecuencia, pero la verdad es que es una prenda estupenda tan versátil y cómoda, que no puedo dejar de usarla. Suelo usarla mas en entretiempo porque se ajusta mas a este clima. En verano da mucho calor, en invierno acabo por cubrirla y la gracia es que se vea que es un peto y no vaqueros sin más, así que primavera es el momento perfecto.
Sé que llevo unos cuantos conjuntos seguidos en blanco y negro pero la verdad no sé llevo unos días que solo me apetece esta combinación. Ayuda también que casi todo lo que tengo aquí es blanco y negro. Al final lo importante es sentirse cómodo con lo que uno usa y yo estoy de lo más cómoda así.

Another beautiful but so hot day in L.A! It feels like a full summer so far, I jump from good weather, to good weather, and as it may seem wonderful, I’m not prepared! I have so little summer clothes, I struggle.
One of the things I have bought since I am here is the new t-shirt I am wearing in these pictures, a basic bright white, very light tee, perfect for this weather. I was in desperate need for one, as I only have an ivory colored one, and nothing in white. Perfect for L.A, the most soft t-shirt I’ve owned. So happy it comes in all neutral colors, because I might need it in all.
I am also wearing new slides, because I was so smart of leaving my other Adidas slides in Chile, you know that stuff happens, and when I tried looking for a replacement, I could not find the exact same model, this was the only option, but it’s fine though because it looks just like them, the difference bewteen the Duramo and the Adilette is almost nothing.

Otro estupendo día en los L.A! Siento que llevo medio año en verano la verdad, paso de buen tiempo, a buen tiempo con pequeños intervalos de frío que pasan desapercibidos la verdad! Aunque parezca algo genial por otro lado es un problema ya que tengo muy poca ropa de verano.
Así que una de las primeras cosas que hice llegando aquí fue buscar básicos para este tiempo y lo primero fue centrarme en una camiseta básica blanca ya que la que tengo es color crema, y no siempre es la mejor opción. Fui directo a por la que me veis usando en estas fotos, es de T by Alexander Wang. Cualquiera que sepa de básicos y clásicos sabe que por excelencia es la marca conocida en hacer las camisetas básicas ideales para verano, la tela es ligerísima, y su diseño de cuello en V y un pequeño bolsillo, es inconfundible. Viene en todos los colores neutros y a veces en algún que otro de temporada, lo que es ideal ya que puede que la necesite en todos los disponibles!
También he tenido que comprar o mejor dicho re-comprar mis sandalias de Adidas ya que me dejé las mias en Chile! Me he enfadado conmigo misma, por no darme cuenta que se quedaban allí, pero por otro lado, de todo lo que se podría quedar, es lo más fácil y económico de remplazar. Lo único malo sí es que el mismo exacto modelo Duramo, no lo encontré por ningún sitio así que tuve que ir a por las Adilette. La verdad la diferencia es mínima así que da un poco igual.
No sé si os habréis dado cuenta pero a partir de hoy podréis ver las imágenes mas grandes, por fin he dado con la forma de hacer que está página resulte visualmente más atractiva, así que espero que os guste, aún me quedan detalles por ultimar, pero estoy abierta a sugerencias!

Still in winter but I feel this is a very early spring outfit, and that is of course because we’ve been having awesome spring weather lately. So socks and coats have been suspended for a while, and we can enjoy this: transitional weather clothes.
I am wearing another of my sale purchases, that I bought while I was abroad, and lucky for me this too was an awesome fit. This was easy though because I do wear a lot of Isabel Marant, even though mostly from her Etoile line, strangely though this winter I only bought from the main line. I guess the designs felt more classic for me. This is my first pair of grey trousers, they toped my must-buy list, and I finally got to find them. Just how I wanted my next trousers to be, cropped and straight, a little wider than usual. This model is called the Saphir, and yes I have eyed them for a while. Today you can see me in a pop of color, burgundy, and that rarely happens, but it’s one of the few colors I like.
The rest is mostly old stuff, but all classics of course!

Aun en invierno pero con un conjunto de comienzos de primavera aprovechando el buen tiempo que estamos teniendo. Dejo el abrigo y los calcetines en casa hasta que vuelva el frío (no creo que dure mucho este buen tiempo) y de momento disfruta de la ropa de transición.
Llevo otra de mis prendas nuevas que compre en rebajas mientras estaba fuera y que por fin puedo usar al llegar a Madrid. Tuve suerte con estos pantalones también, aunque era mas fácil que me quedasen bien ya que Isabel Marant es una firma que conozco muy bien, tengo muchas prendas suyas, aunque casi todas de la linea Etoile pero el tallaje es el mismo. Sin embargo esta temporada no sé porque me siento mas identificada con las prendas de la primera línea.
Este es mi primer par de pantalones grises, llevaba queriendo unos hace tiempo, y ahora por fin puedo usarlos. Son un básico genial, una opción a los pantalones negros y por supuesto van con todo. Este modelo tiene la gracia de que es mas corto y ancho que es una forma en los pantalones que me encantan, así que tiene ese plus de una forma distinta a mis dos pantalones negros. También llevo un poco de color raro en mí, pero esta vez si que me apetecía, el color granate/burdeos/vino como se quiera llamar es de los pocos que me gusta, aunque no en exceso así que de vez cuando si que me podréis ver llevándolo.
