In Paris, my favorite city! So we had all types of weather, a mix of spring, and some winter days. This was one of those really cold rainy Paris days, that are not my favorite, but being in such a beautiful place, at the end, whatever weather you get you feel happy and blessed. I wore my 501 jeans with ankle boots and a chunky sweater. I even had to wear a coat later because moments after the picture were taken it started to rain.

En Paris, mi cuidad favorita! Nos hizo tiempo de primavera y algunos días de invierno, este fue uno de ellos, típico día lluvioso y gris parisino, pero de cualquier forma, el solo hecho de estar en una ciudad tan maravillosa hace que el clima pase a un segundo plano, y sea cual sea la temperatura uno acabe lleno de inspiración y felicidad. Llevo mis vaqueros 501 con botines y un jersey grueso, y como si aquello no fuese lo suficientemente invernal, solo unos momentos después de hacer las fotos tuve que ir a por mi abrigo ya que se puso a llover y bajo aun más la temperatura.

Today I am wearing an outfit I really love. A super oversized striped shirt with vintage 501 jeans. What I specially like about this ensemble is the silhouette. The shirt is so oversized I like to combine it with boyfriend style jeans, cause sometimes with skinny jeans the contrast it too big. In this case I also love the mix of the frayed of the pants with the slippers. I am also wearing my old trio, I don’t wear it as much as I used too, but I still love it dearly, it is a very comfortable bag to wear, and it’s simplicity makes it a great addition to any outfit.

Hoy llevo un conjunto que me encanta. Una camisa oversize a rayas con unos vaqueros vintage. Lo que mas me gusta de este conjunto es su silueta, el abombado de la camisa con el abombado de los vaqueros. Me gusta combinar esta camisa con pantalones de estilo boyfriend ya que cuando se combina con algunos pantalones pitillo el contraste se vuelve excesivo. También me gusta mucho el bajo cortado de los pantalones en contraste con los zapatos. Un añadido inesperado es mi viejo trio, este bolso que lleva años en mi armario es de aquellas prendas que ya no uso tanto como antes, pero que me resisto a vender, ya que es un bolso muy cómodo y espacioso (aunque no lo parezca) y va de maravilla con cualquier conjunto.

Wearing a classic jeans and white shirt/blouse/top combination. The weather is so much better lately it’s a relief to be able to wear lighter garments and less layers. I am wearing my vintage Levi’s jeans which are one of my favorites combined with my new wide white top, and classic Céline ballerinas, for comfort. This pair of ballerinas have to be one of my great, smart buys, because they are my go-to for in between weather, and perfect for those days you know you’ll be doing a lot of walking. I decided to go back to my old square frame sunglasses and sadly my only pair of earrings (need to do something about that).

Hoy llevo una combinación de vaqueros con camisa blanca. Ya que el tiempo ha mejorado bastante estos últimos días, es un alivio por fin, poder usar ropa mas ligera y menos capas. Me encantan estos vaqueros Levi’s vintage (que yo misma corte ya que eran larguísimos) y los combine con este nuevo top, ancho y ligero, ideal para la primavera. Me encanta la silueta que crea en contraste con los vaqueros. Los combiné con mis bailarinas clásicas de Céline, una de mis compras mas acertadas, ya que sin dudarlo son el calzado perfecto para el entretiempo, van de maravilla con cualquier conjunto, y sobre todo para aquellos días en los que sabes que caminarás un montón. He vuelto a retomar mis antiguas gafas que las tenía un poco abandonadas y mi único par de pendientes (es una pena que solo tenga unos, debería de comprar alguno mas ya que dan un toque de elegancia a cualquier conjunto).

This past weekend in San Sebastian. We went for the easter holidays and besides this one day (the day the pictures were taken) we had really good weather. I had all my in between weather clothes with me, so for this rainy day I wore my vintage Levi’s, ankle boots and an oversized sweater. Coat was not needed so that is quite good, a step forward to spring!

Este pasado fin de semana en San Sebastián. Fuimos a pasar la semana santa y la verdad a excepción un día (el día en que se hicieron estas fotos) el tiempo fue excepcional. Fui previsora y lleve toda mi ropa de entretiempo con lo cual pude adaptarme a este día de lluvia. Llevo vaqueros negros con botines y jersey oversize. Al menos no hizo falta abrigo, con lo cual ya se puede palpar el cambio de estación.
