At Ayllón, in Segovia. The weather is still cold, reminds of the very early spring much more than almost summer. Therefore, I wore a sweater with jeans and slippers. I finished the outfit with a mini satin bag.

Today I am wearing classic slim jeans with an oversized navy shirt and my slippers again. I love the shape of this jeans they are the perfect length, and have just the right amount of slimness, not skinny, not 100% straight, and although I’ve searched all around for a high end version it has been impossible to find a pair that fits just as perfect as this one does. I wish I had them in every denim color. It was a gift from mom years ago and I still hold on dear to them even though they are not exactly what I would have bought on the first place. Combined with an oversized shirt the silhouette is just what I love, a contrast of proportions.

Hoy llevo vaqueros “slim” clásicos con una camisa oversize en color azul marino. Me encanta el diseño de estos vaqueros, son el largo perfecto, no llegan a ser pitillo, pero tampoco son 100% rectos. He buscado por todas partes buscando otros pares de forma similar dentro de las grandes marcas y las especializadas en vaqueros, y no he encontrado nada que se siente tan bien. Ojalá los tuviese en todos los colores. Fue un regalo de mi madre de hace años y sigo encantada con ellos después de tanto tiempo, el diseño es atemporal. Combinados con una camisa oversize crean una silueta que me encanta, un contraste de proporciones.

Today I am wearing an outfit I really love. A super oversized striped shirt with vintage 501 jeans. What I specially like about this ensemble is the silhouette. The shirt is so oversized I like to combine it with boyfriend style jeans, cause sometimes with skinny jeans the contrast it too big. In this case I also love the mix of the frayed of the pants with the slippers. I am also wearing my old trio, I don’t wear it as much as I used too, but I still love it dearly, it is a very comfortable bag to wear, and it’s simplicity makes it a great addition to any outfit.

Hoy llevo un conjunto que me encanta. Una camisa oversize a rayas con unos vaqueros vintage. Lo que mas me gusta de este conjunto es su silueta, el abombado de la camisa con el abombado de los vaqueros. Me gusta combinar esta camisa con pantalones de estilo boyfriend ya que cuando se combina con algunos pantalones pitillo el contraste se vuelve excesivo. También me gusta mucho el bajo cortado de los pantalones en contraste con los zapatos. Un añadido inesperado es mi viejo trio, este bolso que lleva años en mi armario es de aquellas prendas que ya no uso tanto como antes, pero que me resisto a vender, ya que es un bolso muy cómodo y espacioso (aunque no lo parezca) y va de maravilla con cualquier conjunto.

Wearing an all black outfit in slippers with socks to fight the cold. This is the first time wearing this coat in this way, I usually always wear it open and sometimes closed but belted, never though this way. I was pleasantly surprised to find a new way of wearing this coat, because at least for me it completely changes it’s shape and look.

Hoy llevo un conjunto todo negro con slippers con calcetÍn para combatir el frío. También llevo mi abrigo Manuela de una forma distinta (me encanta que este abrigo pueda usarse de tres formas distintas). Normalmente lo llevo abierto o cerrado con su cinturón, pero esta vez lo he cerrado por el botón y la silueta es en forma de A, mas estructurado y rígido. Poder alternar la forma de una misma prenda es algo clave en una buena compra y este abrigo cumple a la perfección con esta cualidad.
