Last Saturday we rode a motorbike route to El Escorial, little over an hour away from Madrid. We had a nice lunch and did tourist stuff there, these pictures are from that day. It was super hot, almost unbearable and what you would think in fact is a no no, like an all black outfit with long trousers ended up saving me. The key as I wrote in my previous post is the fabrics, let them be fresh, flowy and natural. The trousers I’m wearing are all of that. They are light that they are my number one summer trousers. I paired them with a silk camisole perfect for summer heat. Don’t let black fool you, I’m as fresh as can be!

El pasado sábado hicimos una ruta en moto y fuimos hasta El Escorial, poco mas de una hora en moto. Comimos allí, e hicimos un poco de turismo y estas fotos son de aquel día. Hizo un calor insoportable y probablemente lo que penséis que es lo menos adecuado para un día de tanto calor si lo fue para mi. Como mencioné en el post anterior la clave esta en las telas que sean ligeras, suaves y naturales. Estos pantalones son todo ello. Son muy frescos, de hecho son mi par número uno para verano. Los combiné con una camisola negra de seda muy fresca ideal para combatir el calor. Que no os engañe el negro, se puede estar veraniega en el!
