Wearing a classic jeans and white shirt/blouse/top combination. The weather is so much better lately it’s a relief to be able to wear lighter garments and less layers. I am wearing my vintage Levi’s jeans which are one of my favorites combined with my new wide white top, and classic Céline ballerinas, for comfort. This pair of ballerinas have to be one of my great, smart buys, because they are my go-to for in between weather, and perfect for those days you know you’ll be doing a lot of walking. I decided to go back to my old square frame sunglasses and sadly my only pair of earrings (need to do something about that).

Hoy llevo una combinación de vaqueros con camisa blanca. Ya que el tiempo ha mejorado bastante estos últimos días, es un alivio por fin, poder usar ropa mas ligera y menos capas. Me encantan estos vaqueros Levi’s vintage (que yo misma corte ya que eran larguísimos) y los combine con este nuevo top, ancho y ligero, ideal para la primavera. Me encanta la silueta que crea en contraste con los vaqueros. Los combiné con mis bailarinas clásicas de Céline, una de mis compras mas acertadas, ya que sin dudarlo son el calzado perfecto para el entretiempo, van de maravilla con cualquier conjunto, y sobre todo para aquellos días en los que sabes que caminarás un montón. He vuelto a retomar mis antiguas gafas que las tenía un poco abandonadas y mi único par de pendientes (es una pena que solo tenga unos, debería de comprar alguno mas ya que dan un toque de elegancia a cualquier conjunto).

Wearing an all black outfit with my new trainers by The Row. I paired a lightweight ribbed turtleneck with my black midi skirt, fishnet tights and sneakers. Spring is starting to settle in, so little by little you can see how I am wearing less layers and lighter garments. Of all the clothes I am wearing, the one that has proven to be the star is this skirt that I have worn (and will wear) to death. Hoy llevo un conjunto todo negro que consiste en un jersey de cuello vuelto muy ligero, una falda midi negra, medias de rejilla y zapatillas. Finalmente la primavera parece instalarse y cada vez voy llevando menos capas y ropa menos abrigada. De todas las prendas que llevo, la que es mi favorita sin duda es esta falda negra, que he usado (y usaré) hasta la saciedad. Es tan fácil combinarla y es perfecta tanto para el frío y el calor, con lo cual creo que seguirá siendo una prenda imprescindible en mi armario.

Wearing a denim on denim early spring outfit. I had been waiting anxiously for spring weather to finally use this jacket I love dearly. I wear it with absolutely anything, but last fall it came to my attention how it matched perfectly my old Acne Studios pop jeans. They are meant to be worn together, so of course now that the weather is perfect, I took advantage of this fact and wore them as a suit. What do you think of denim and denim? Love it or hate the reality is, it is classic, timeless combo that says spring like no other.

Hoy llevo un conjunto 100% vaquero. Llevaba esperando con ansias que llegase el buen tiempo para ponerme mi cazadora vaquera de Khaite, que me encanta. La combino con todas las prendas de mi armario, pero este otoño, por sorpresa descubrí como combina a la perfección con mis viejos vaqueros de Acne Studios. Parece que fuesen parte de un mismo conjunto y que estuviesen hechos con la misma tela. Así que ahora que el tiempo empieza a mejorar he decidido que es momento de llevar estas dos prendas juntas y estoy encantada! Que os parece el vaquero sobre vaquero? La verdad es que os guste o no, es una combinación clásica que lleva usándose toda la vida, y es tan primaveral como un vestido de flores!

Wearing a white jeans and black sweater combo. I love my white jeans, I hadn’t expected to wear them as much as I have, but what I love the most about this outfit are my shoes. Chanel slingback heels are a true classic, and a must have in any closet, and here is the reason why. They have just the right amount of heel height to be casual or formal if you want them to, that makes it perfect for everyday no matter if you wear jeans, or suits, and the can easily transition to a night outfit and look more formal and sophisticated. They are perfect for fall and spring and are really comfortable which is the main thing. What else would you need in a pair of shoes?

Hoy llevo una combinación de vaqueros blancos y jersey negro. Adoro estos vaqueros blancos ya que los uso un montón. No me imaginé jamas que acabaría usándolos tanto, sobre todo en épocas del año donde el blanco no es la primer opción. Pero mas allá de los vaqueros blancos, la prenda estrella y sin duda una gran compra, son mis slingbacks. Son todo un clásico y una inversión estupenda, un indispensable en cualquier armario. Son comodísimos, y tienen la altura perfecta de tacón para que sean percibidos como casuales o formales según se quiera. Esto los hace ideales para el día a día, ya sea con vaqueros, o traje o algo mas formal y de noche como vestidos. Además son el diseño ideal para entretiempo, cuando aun no hay calor suficiente para sandalias (o frío para botas) y no apetece llevar calzado cerrado. No se que mas se le puede pedir a un par de zapatos, por ello los recomiendo al 100% !
