The heat won’t stop in Madrid, temperatures are still so high you cant spot one single person wearing a sweater during the day. It’s still all t-shirts and sandals. In a way it’s good because I love wearing sandals so much, but I also long for long sleeved tops and sweaters. Today I am wearing an all white outfit with black shoes and bag.

El calor sigue instalado en Madrid y no hay signos de que vaya a irse en un futuro próximo. Es bastante desconcertante seguir viendo a la gente en camisetas y sandalias. Por una parte me parece estupendo seguir llevando ciertas prendas veraniegas como las sandalias, pero por otra parte ya me esta apeteciendo volver a las camisas de manga larga y/o jerseys. Hoy llevo un conjunto blanco con zapatos y bolso en color negro.

Fall is still MIA in Madrid. Days are still very hot and I’m really longing for some some long-sleeves weather. For a hot “fall” day I am wearing a trousers and t-shirt combo with some flats and Chanel handbag.

Pictures taken in Riaza, again. Weather in Segovia area is always a few degrees lower than in Madrid so while you can still wear summer clothes here, it is always a good idea to take a few long sleeve tops (and jackets and sweaters) there. I am wearing my favorite shirt ever, a white basic but with an amazing loose shape that flows perfectly with any bottom. I chose my straight classic denim, lightweight and very comfortable. I combined this outfit with my most worn sandals this summer and my everyday black bag.

Fotos una vez mas en Riaza. Por la zona de Segovia siempre hacen unos grados menos que en Madrid por lo que por estas fechas siempre es una buena opción llevar manga larga o jersey o cazadora, sobre todo porque refresca bastante por la tarde. Levo mi camisa blanca favorita, un básico ideal para cualquier ocasión que tiene la particularidad de que su forma es ancha y suelta, sienta genial con cualquier pantalón, vaquero o falda. Escogí estos vaqueros rectos ya que son muy cómodos y ligeros y tienen una forma que me encanta, no son boyfriend ni pitillo, están justo en la mitad. Los combiné con mis sandalias estrella de este verano y un bolso negro de tamaño medio.

Officially fall has arrived, but in reality temperatures are still very high here, so there is no other option but to keep wearing summer clothes. Here I am in Riaza once again because we have been going almost every weekend, making the most of the last few days of good weather. Wearing my flared frayed charcoal jeans, I wear them a lot when we go to the countryside cause they are my least expensive pair of jeans and I really don’t mind that much if something happens to them. Since we do a lot of outdoors activities there is a big chance they could get dirty, and these are very easy to wash. These have been labeled by me as my “countryside jeans” and they are always my best option here. I paired them with a loose sleeveless top perfect for these hot days, and for comfort my ballet flats.

Oficialmente el otoño ha llegado, pero las temperaturas aun siguen altas así que no queda mas remedio que seguir en modo verano con ropa ligera. Otra vez las fotos son en Riaza, vamos casi todos los fines de semana, más con este buen tiempo que da para hacer muchas actividades que luego con el frío no podemos hacer. Llevo mis vaqueros gris oscuro cortados por mi, que son mis “vaqueros de la finca” porque son los mas económicos y fáciles de lavar con lo cual puedo hacer lo que quiera con ellos, que me da igual que se ensucien o les pase algo, además de que son muy cómodos, claro. Los combine con un top muy ligero, mi favorito para verano y mis bailarinas negras, muy cómodas y fáciles de combinar.
