SOMETHING NEW: CELINE MICRO LUGGAGE
The newest addition to the bag family, Céline luggage micro in black and white.
To be honest I had never thought I would end up with a Céline luggage, from all the bags from this brand it was the one that least appealed to me for one main reason: even though it is a beautiful bag since it first came out it evolved from being a beautiful minimalist, classic design worn by a few fashion conscious people to a massive item owned by everyone and their mother and associated with celebrities and personalities that have a way of wearing fashion in a tacky, anti-elegant way. This sort of lowered the bag’s value in my eyes (same as with LV’s monogram).
Years and years have gone by and I have focused on other handbags until my recent trip to Milan a few months ago. I saw this bag at 10 Corso Como while taking a look at Céline’s latest collection. I was trying on bags just for the fun of it, so I tried this one and magically right there what I thought would never happened, in fact did become true: I fell madly in love with the bag. I was wearing an all black ensemble with white sneakers and the bag just complemented it in a way that I had never thought possible. I had forgotten that items by themselves can never be ugly, or tacky or pretty or anything at all it is the way we wear them that makes the difference.
After this experience, this bag made the top of my wishlist for months until I could finally locate it and buy it. Since it is a seasonal color combination I was afraid it would sell out but it didn’t and I was lucky to grab mine, here in Madrid.

El nuevo integrante en la familia de los bolsos, el modelo luggage en tamaño micro de Céline.
La verdad jamás me hubiese pensando que acabaría con este bolso, de todos los modelos de Céline es el que menos me atraía. Aunque en sus comienzos si que me llamaba la atención este diseño con el paso del tiempo me pareció nada deseable ya que dejaba de ser un diseño limpio y exclusivo sino mas bien pasaba a ser masivo y lo asociaba a personas cuya estética y estilo personal me parecen vulgares.
Hace unos meses cuando estuve en Milán en la tienda 10 Corso Como en el corner de Céline me tope con este bolso de casualidad, estuve probándome todos los bolsos de la marca habidos y por haber hasta llegue a este. Ya de entrada me pareció una combinación de colores perfecta, pero cuando me lo probé fue magia, me enamoré perdidamente de él. Llevaba un conjunto 100% negro con zapatillas blancas y la forma en que complementaba mi conjunto era fabulosa. Desde entonces este bolso se volvió mi prioridad máxima en la lista de cosas por comprar y unos cuantos meses después por fin pude adquirirlo aquí en Madrid.
Fue una suerte ya que esta combinación de colores es de temporada y no un clásico con lo cual pasado un tiempo ya no es posible encontrarlo.
