This pair is not really that new, I got it last month before our trip, but I didn’t get to use them since the weather was so hot, it was unthinkable to use any closed, or half closed shoes, but now the weather is so perfect for this, I am thrilled!
They were so hard to come by you have no idea, actually I ordered them in July and had to wait weeks for them to arrive, but it was all very worth it, cause they are so comfortable and easy to wear!

Este par no es nuevo, nuevo, mas bien lo compré el mes pasado justo antes de nuestro viaje. El calor era horrible y no concebía ponerme un zapato que fuera cerrado así que he esperado hasta ahora que el tiempo esta ideal para comenzar a usarlos.
Fue bastante lioso conseguirlos, la verdad hay un tiempo de espera considerable hasta hacerse con ellos, pero al final después de unas cuantas semanas, o casi un mes, por fin lo conseguí!

San Francisco outfit. Our trip started in L.A and ended in L.A, but we toured Nevada and California, and just at the middle of our trip we were in San Francisco. I had been here once as an early teen with my parents and I remembered most of it. What I had forgot though was the weather. How awesome and strange is S.F crazy weather? It’s what you would expect from Scandinavia, not California, thankfully we were somewhat prepared and brought some fall clothes too. I traveled with so little clothes, exactly with four trousers/jeans, of which I ended up wearing only three, one of them is the ones pictured above. I wore them three times, in two weeks much more than I normally would, but they are, hands down the best summer trousers ever. I paired them with a charcoal t-shirt, white sneakers and a military jacket, and you know what? It was just perfect for going around San Francisco with its up and down streets, cold weather, and windy days.

Mi primer conjunto en San Francisco. Nuestro viaje comenzó en L.A y acabó en L.A pero en el intertanto recorrimos California y Nevada, y justo en el ecuador de nuestro viaje estuvimos en San Francisco. Estuve una vez de adolescente y aunque me acordaba de todo, me olvidé del clima tan peculiar. Por suerte gracias a la app del tiempo fuimos preparados y no pasamos mucho frío. Hice este viaje con muy poca ropa viajé con cuatro pares de pantalones (largos) para quince días, de los cuales usé solo tres, uno de ellos es el que llevo en la foto, que acabé por usar tres veces en todo el viaje, con bastante mas frecuencia de lo normal, pero es que es el pantalón perfecto de verano, e ideal para viajar. Lo combine con una camiseta de color carbón, zapatillas blancas, y una cazadora estilo militar, la verdad que acerté de pleno ya que fue el conjunto ideal para patear S.F con sus calles en cuesta, clima frió y viento interminable.

I am making a parenthesis of my California trip pictures and so this pictures are from hot, sunny Madrid. Or at least it is for now. I am wearing my new black midi dress I got as a replacement from my Reformation dress in a similar design, because I lost it traveling. First time this happens to me in my adult life, and the thing is I realized I lost it on our last day, while packing. So as you can see there was no way to find out where it was and the dress is no longer in stock so I just did my best to find a very close design, and now I like this dress more than my previous one.

Hoy hago un paréntesis en las fotos de mi viaje a California con unas fotos de lo que hasta ahora es un Madrid caluroso y soleado. Llevo mi nuevo vestido negro, que compre en reemplazo a uno muy similar que perdí en este reciente viaje. Recorriendo todo California fue imposible saber donde lo perdí ya que caí en la cuenta que no lo tenía el último día haciendo las maletas para volver. No pude reemplazarlo con uno igual ya que este vestido ya no esta en stock, pero al final ha sido para mejor ya que me gusta mas este diseño que el otro.
