Playing around and trying to learn about effects and filters I edited this series of pictures to give them an oldie vibe. I don’t usually like to edit my outfit pictures but this one’s were kind of perfect for it. Not sure how good my editing is, but i like it, after all its all bout experimenting. So here is my “Beetlejuice meets the 60′s” series, first thing that came to mind after seeing the result of these pictures.

Haciendo el tonto e intentando aprender sobre efectos y filtros edité esta serie de fotos para darle un aura antigua. No me gusta editar mis fotos de modelitos, pero estas fotos eran perfectas para ello. No sé que tan buena sea mi edición pero a mi al menos me gusta y después de todo esto va de experimentar. Así que aquí tenéis mi serie de fotos ” Beetlejuice meets the 60′s”, que realmente fue lo primero que me vino a la cabeza después de ver el resultado de las fotos.

I know, plaid again! I have so many plaid things you would flip out! But it’s just something that I can wear often and I feel good in, plus it’s fun.

This friday here in Madrid at El Corte Inglés de Nuevos Ministerios Vogue Eyewear hosted a presentation event for Kate’s Select collection. This collection as you can see in the first images features 6 styles (4 sunglasses and 2 optical) handpicked by Kate Moss herself as her favorite styles of the spring/summer collection. This campaign starred by Kate Moss was shot by Mario Testino and is inspired by the 1970′s era, which shows in the colors and shapes of the collection.

I had a great time at this event where I met 2 other bloggers who are lovely by the way Ester from Mi Armario en Ruinas and Max from Fashionfreax. We got to see the whole collection and try on some of the sunnies and Vogue Eyewear was kind enough to give us 2 sunglasses as a gift, one for myself and another one for one of my readers (i’ll be hosting a giveaway very soon). These sunglasses are beyond cool, I personally love them (they are the white cat eyed ones i’m wearing in one of the pictures).

Este viernes en El Corte Inglés de Nuevos Ministerios de Madrid, Vogue Eyewear organizó un evento de presentación de su colección Kate’s Select. Esta colección como podéis ver en las primeras imágenes consta de 6 modelos diferentes (4 gafas de sol y 2 gafas de ver) escogidas por la propia Kate Moss como sus favoritas de la colección de primavera/verano. La campaña detrás de esta colección es protagonizada por Kate Moss y fotografiada por Mario Testino.

Fue una experiencia muy agradable ya que conocí a otros dos bloggers que personalmente me han parecido personas geniales Ester de Mi Armario en Ruinas y Max de Fashionfreax. Nos enseñaron la colección y pudimos probarnos las gafas. Vogue Eyewear nos obsequió dos pares de gafas que me han encantado (son las blancas a lo ojos de gato que llevo en una de las fotos) un par para mi y otro para sortear entre vosotras.

También os cuento que hay una aplicación en el Facebook de Vogue Eyewear donde podéis participar colgando una foto vuestra con o sin gafas y etiquetáros en la aplicación. El premio es un viaje a Milán para dos personas y 1.000 euros para gastar en compras. El concurso esta abierto del 26 de Abril al 30 de Junio.

For unpredictable days where you get all once, one minute its cloudy, the next is sunny, wind blows but the temperature is not warm not cold best thing is to wear a little bit of everything. Today it seems like the day will be more stable, more like a good spring day, so hopefully we can rest from our coats for some days

. This particular coat I use to wear a lot last year, but I got quite tired of it so this year I hardly wear it. After a long rest I felt it was time to take it out and wear it some more.

der, corre el viento pero no esta ni muy frío ni muy caluroso lo mejor es llevar un poco de todo. Hoy parece ser que el tiempo estará mas estable y será uno de esos agradables días de primavera. Con suerte podremos descansar de los abrigos unos cuantos días. Este abrigo en particular lo usé un montón el año pasado pero me cansé de el este año y casi no lo he usado. Después de darle un largo periodo de descanso pensé que seria tiempo de sacarlo otra vez y llevarlo unas cuantas veces más.
