Wearing finally an early spring ensemble. This day in San Sebastian the weather was amazing, sunny and mild so we could do a lot walking which is something I love. I wore light blue jeans with a black turtleneck and classic loafers.

Wearing a new fall/winter addition: camel corduroy pants. I fell in love with this pair of trousers early this season but they sold out in days. It was sad, and unexpected but I had to deal with the fact that I had missed the train on something so unique and hard to find. I have been looking for a pair of brown-ish pants for a while now, and also a pair of corduroy trousers but so far they just seemed so hard to come by. I see a lot of pink corduroy (not quite my style) and a lot of gorgeous pants, just not a single one in brown tones. This one combined both things, so when I casually bumped into them I was thrilled! Finally I was going to be able to wear the one color I really like and feel identified with. What I love about brown is how easy it is to wear, I love all it’s tones, shades and variations and this beautiful camel/caramel color is no exception. I am definitely looking forward to more items in this color and hopefully a pair of beige pants will be up next!

Hoy llevo una nueva adquisición de otoño / invierno: pantalones de pana en color camel. Me enamoré de este par de pantalones a principios de temporada, pero lamentablemente se agotaron en días. Fue triste e inesperado, pero tuve que aceptar el hecho de que había perdido el tren. Lo que mas me molestó es que me parecía una prenda tan única y que me había costado mucho encontrar.
He estado buscando un par de pantalones en tonos marrón por un tiempo, y también un par de pantalones de pana, cosa que me estaba costando bastante, ya que últimamente todos los pantalones de pana que se ven son o en tonos rosa (que no son para nada mi estilo) o se ven un montón de pantalones preciosos pero en cualquier color menos marrón. Cual fue mi sorpresa al encontrar uno que combinaba las dos cosas! Finalmente iba a poder usar EL color que realmente me gusta y con el que me siento identificada. Lo que me encanta de este color es lo fácil que es usarlo, me gusta en todos sus tonos y variaciones, y este hermoso tono camel / caramelo no es una excepción. Estoy deseando encontrar mas prendas interesantes en este color y espero también poder dar con unos pantalones en un tono un poco mas claro o mas oscuros para alternar y jugar con todas las variantes de este color tan especial que me fascina: el marrón.

You know I love stripes, I am always wearing them no matter what! I have a lot of striped clothes and I will keep having more that is for sure, but even though my favorite striped t-shirt is my Comme des Garçons Play, the one I wear today, has a special place in my heart. You can go back in this blog, to the very early stages and you will see me wearing it non stop. I have so many outfits with this top and I still continue to wear it. It is great quality, and the style is amazing, with its sailor buttons and perfect length.
If you a garment so great, that keeps going strong for years, and years my advice is to hold on to it for dear life!

Como sabéis adoro el estampado a rayas, tengo varias prendas con este diseño, y seguramente acabaré teniendo aun más, y aun cuando mi favorito es otro, le tengo especial cariño a este top. Si retrocedemos en el tiempo, veréis que llevo usándolo desde el comienzo, una y otra y otra vez. Tengo tantos conjuntos con este top pero aún así sigo usándolo. La calidad es fantástica, el diseño único con sus botones dorados al estilo marinero y el largo de la camiseta es perfecta para alguien de mi tamaño (algo difícil para mi).
Mi consejo si tenéis una prenda así en vuestro armario, es cuidarla bien y por muchos años que pasen no dejéis de usarla!

I love these jeans, honestly best pair of in between jeans, as I call them. Not skinny, not boyfriend, more of a slim fit. The best part is the length, I usually have to have mine hemmed, but not this pair it fits just perfect straight from the store! Coming from a massive, nothing exclusive brand I did not expect to like them so much, but truly it beats most of my designer denim by far. It has this slight nineties vibe that beats every other.

Adoro estos vaqueros, honestamente son el mejor par de “pantalones intermedio” como yo los apodé. No llegan a ser pitillo, pero tampoco boyfriend, son mas bien slim. El color también me encanta de cierta forma me recuerda a el clásico tono de los vaqueros de los noventa, la verdad es que no esperaba que me fuesen a gustar tanto, siendo de una firma tan masiva y económica, pero me parecen mucho mejor diseño que la mayoría de los vaqueros de firmas especializadas. Para rematar otra característica perfecta es el largo, es de los pocos pares que no tengo que acortar.
